HISTORICAL TRANSFORMATIONS is a curated series of filmed monologues exploring some of the most compelling events from American history. My intention is for HISTORICAL TRANSFORMATIONS to bring to life voices from our nation's past.
The first film explores the Winter Hill Gang and organized crime in the 1980s and 90s. For future films, I am considering topics related to the theme of individual rights. These films would chronicle the efforts of abolitionists, suffragists, Civil Rights-era workers, Stonewall-era activists, and AIDS activists. Multiple points of view will be explored.
I am interested in suggestions from you! Whom should I portray? Charles Sumner? Robert Kennedy? Luke Montgomery?

FILM 1: KEVIN WEEKS
Kevin Weeks was a mobster and associate of James "Whitey" Bulger, the notorious leader of the Winter Hill Gang. In this monologue from Barry Levinson's unused screenplay for the film BLACK MASS, Weeks undergoes interrogation by the FBI.
